Concerns for our city regarding TRANSPARENCY

Concerns for our city regarding TRANSPARENCY:

Yesterday I broke down Tuesdays City Council meeting, 2/21/23, with a summary and lots of concerns. Today I’d like to highlight two important concerns/issues.

1. My first photo is in regard to Ordinance No. 2023-22 which authorizes the Mayor to INDIVIDUALLY enter into ANY participation agreement in relation to the National Opioid Settlement Program that have been agreed to by the State of Ohio, declaring a real and present danger.

– at 51:40 of the council video shared in my last post, Councilman Wobser says “there’s no letter in packet referring to this”. At 51:55 Mayor responds, “Yea, I was planning to mention it in my wrap up here. We started receiving payments for being part of the Opioid Settlement.”

Findlay, I encourage you to fast forward to that section of the council meeting and ask our Mayor what agreement she entered into with the State of Ohio regarding this Opioid Settlement. I will be asking for these documents and share these with you as I receive them. Why does this seem so hidden? She mentions Johnson & Johnson, which makes me assume she is still pushing the vax. The US Conference of Mayors encouraged a goal of having 70% of the population vax’d before 7/4. I believe that year might have been 2021.

-What is this “Settlement Structure”?

-Is she still pushing an agenda? -Findlay’s Opioid/Drug crisis is increasing under her watch.

-the Opioid plan in place is INEFFECTIVE.

-If we are receiving funds, where are they going and how are they being recorded upon receipt?

-State funds come with strings attached. What is that verbiage?

Let me just REMIND you that I stand for MEDICAL FREEDOM🇺🇸. I would encourage you to demand answers as to what this agreement is and what her intentions are moving forward.

2. Ordinance No. 2023-21 is authorizing grant application with Ohio Rail Development for improvements at CR 212 & 236. What’s the problem? This grant provides 100% of funding to Norfolk Southern😳 you know, the company that in the past month had a disastrous train derailment in East Palestine, OH AND one near Detroit, MI. I’m unapologetic in stating we need to STOP this ordinance immediately. We, as a city, need to look into the cost per benefit on such a high risk company that may go bankrupt after these collisions. By cost for benefit I mean the city plans on building around that project. I need to look into whether that additional work is budgeted or not but I would assume that it would come from our capital. I’ll get some clarity on that. This ordinance received its first hearing, second and third hearing all in one council meeting and was adopted. How dangerous is this?!😳 I’d move to table this that so we could investigate this further.

I’m working on getting you informed, finding the threats and addressing them. Why is it that I feel this government is the very government our forefathers warned us about?🧐 I trust the plan . . . Just not this one.

Findlay, I’m running this race because this agenda set in place is not favorable to We The People. I’m here to make bold moves to be the change you want to see. What matters to you, matters to me!
