DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has accelerated to period for Haiti’s TPS status from February 3, 2026 to August 3, 2025. Sec Noem has also stated that she will be reviewing the current conditions in Haiti to assess whether they continue to meet the requirements for TPS designation.
What does that mean for Findlay, Ohio? I’m not quite sure, but since Mayor Christina Muryn has opened our city’s doors for Haitian immigrants and rolled out the red carpet, including providing jobs for them, perhaps it’s time to reprioritize our future. It may behoove her to consider governing the city she vowed to serve rather than the immigrants that had no vote in electing her.
What will become of the factories and warehouses that have employed Haitian immigrants? The MSM has questions and doubts about this move. If I’m not mistaken, so does Governor DeWine. What do Americans think the future will look like when President Trump says he’s bringing jobs back to America while also deporting Illegal Immigrants? I don’t know about you, but I see a future with higher paying jobs that will motivate people to get back to work. Afterall, the welfare system wasn’t created to make a living as so many have become accustomed, it was created as temporary assistance.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem stated that the Biden Administration had exploited the CPB One app and that they will now be restoring integrity to the immigration system. President Trump recently turned the CPB one app into a self-deportation app and advised those in our country illegally to deport themselves if they wanted the opportunity to come back through the front door to live the American Dream. It will be interesting to see how the City of Findlay shapes up as President Trump cleans up Biden’s disastrous border plan that was invited into the City of Findlay by Mayor Muryn.
