I’ve been doing a ton of research on Findlay’s local government and the way they request and spend government funds through the American Rescue Plan Act. At City Council meetings they ramrod things through by suspending rules of three readings and ”declaring an emergency” after every ordinance that has to do with funds
That’s questionable business. Did you know that ARPA funds are part of the Build Back Better plan and the Climate Change Agenda? Are we still asking which direction Findlay is moving or is the fog lifting for us to see more clearly? I’m hoping for the latter.
