I had previously seen this article and came back around to it today. In 2022 Findlay increased in projects by 33% over the previous year. Wow! Imagine if you had that kind of return on your investments
That’s great! I love that this community has a thriving workforce. My plans aren’t to change that because growth is good – let’s do it together
I do, however, have concerns. We The People concerns. Are we moving so fast to build this city that is strategically planned that we are forgetting to hear the voice of the families and residents that reside here and only tune in to companies with investment dollars here? Is Findlay being built on the vision of our manufacturing plants or on the city’s taxpayers, property owners, and employees of these manufacturing plants that live in the community?
Being project oriented is great, I’m that type of person. Slowing down to allow for some organic growth would help this process not feel so sterile. Giving more time to be sure the residents are well informed, which we are NOT, would make for not just a beautiful community, but a healthy one too
I’m here for you Findlay. Beautiful landscape is what I work on and I have ideas of what that looks like in a city that is made up of people
